Shannon Lantzy

Enterprise Architect

Ms.Lantzy has five years of experience working for NASA headquarters analyzing and managing the development and implementation of new business tools and processes. As an architect supporting the advance of a coherent framework for several NASA lines of business, she provides program analysis and participates in strategy formulation. Her strengths include:

Melissa McCarty

Enterprise Architect

Ms. McCarty is a certified Enterprise Architect with Information Dynamics. She has 5 years experience in Enterprise Architecture and is focusing her efforts on collaboration and integration projects at NASA. Her strengths include:

• Project management leadership: as an extremely effective virtual presence, leads geographically disperssed agency-level working groups to define IT services, Lines of Business, and a Collaboration Architecture within NASA.
• Thorough grounding in Enterprise Architecture: skillfully develops enterprise-level architectural products using complex concrete examples to construct a widely applicable abstraction. Currently designing a series of comprehensive connectivity diagrams to clearly map NASA program requirements to facility capabilities.

Joseph Michael Smith

Enterprise Architect

Mr. Smith, with almost 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, has a track record of establishing, fostering, maintaining, and advancing business relationships to influence outcomes and produce desired results. Mr. Smith is a certified Enterprise Architect with the Information Dynamics DC office. His strengths include:

• Proven leadership experience: managed multiple, concurrent and complex projects - including infrastructure development and Accounts Receivable platform reconciliation efficiencies - leading teams of 11-18 individual contributors and managers in the role of Senior Manager, Finance at Verizon Business.
• Solid project management and meeting facilitation skills: contributed to emergence of MCI from bankruptcy by guiding transition of domestic and international cash application and sub ledger reconciliations from multiples groups and 7 locations across the country to centralized, functional hub as Senior Manager, Finance at MCI.

Kenneth J. Ferris

Enterprise Architect

Mr. Ferris has over 30 years experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Team Leader, Project Manager, Marketing Manager and an Enterprise Architect. He has a track record of bringing projects in on time and on budget or better. Mr. Ferris has analyzed both for profit and not for profit organizations identifying ways to make them more productive, accurate and efficient.

• Proven experience in leading multiple complex projects including the replacement of a mainframe computer system and concurrently replacing multiple stand alone computer systems with a fully integrated ERP System completing the projects within budget and a month ahead of schedule.
• Developed, trained and implemented an automated health insurance proposal system for businesses, enabling the sales force to quote a policy on site versus the previous method that took a week to prepare.
• Provided the analysis, recommendations, goals and presentation materials for an organization's strategic plan.
• Managed the Marketing and Customer Service departments of an organization improving customer responses, quality of service and improved the morale of the team members.
• Designed, documented and tested a disaster recovery system, simulating a 100% loss of the main facility and restoring limited capabilities at a site 300 miles away within 8 hours and getting all 7 remote facilities over three countries fully functional within 12 hours of initiation.
• Utilized "storyboarding techniques" developed by Walt Disney and Mike Vance to brainstorm, plan, monitor and control large complex projects ensuring they were completed within budget and on time; as well as numerous other brainstorming and project management techniques.
