Ms. McCarty is a certified Enterprise Architect with Information Dynamics. She has 5 years experience in Enterprise Architecture and is focusing her efforts on collaboration and integration projects at NASA. Her strengths include:
- Project management leadership: as an extremely effective virtual presence, leads geographically disperssed agency-level working groups to define IT services, Lines of Business, and a Collaboration Architecture within NASA.

Mr. Smith, with almost 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, has a track record of establishing, fostering, maintaining, and advancing business relationships to influence outcomes and produce desired results. Mr. Smith is a certified Enterprise Architect with the Information Dynamics DC office. His strengths include:
- Proven leadership experience: managed multiple, concurrent and complex projects - including infrastructure development and Accounts Receivable platform reconciliation efficiencies - leading teams of 11-18 individual contributors and managers in the role of Senior Manager, Finance at Verizon Business.

Kenneth J. Ferris

Mr. Ferris has over 30 years experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Team Leader, Project Manager, Marketing Manager and an Enterprise Architect. He has a track record of bringing projects in on time and on budget or better. Mr. Ferris has analyzed both for profit and not for profit organizations identifying ways to make them more productive, accurate and efficient.
- Proven experience in leading multiple complex projects including the replacement of a mainframe computer system and concurrently replacing multiple stand alone computer systems with a fully integrated ERP System completing the projects within budget and a month ahead of schedule.
- Developed, trained and implemented an automated health insurance proposal system for businesses, enabling the sales force to quote a policy on site versus the previous method that took a week to prepare.
- Provided the analysis, recommendations, goals and presentation materials for an organization's strategic plan.
