Robert Stauffer

President
CEO

Bob Stauffer is the President, CEO and co-founder of Information Dynamics. A former senior level consultant at Booz-Allen & Hamilton, Mr. Stauffer left the firm in 1996 and created Information Dynamics to pursue his own philosophies on business consulting: working closely with clients to provide tailored and objective solutions. He has 24 years professional experience in strategic planning, enterprise-wide requirement studies and specializes in Enterprise Architecture (EA). His key strengths include:

  • Communication with a long and successful track record of brokering consensus at the executive level: initiated and implemented NASA's EA program. (1999-present)
  • The ability to manage concurrent programs and their associated requirements, dependencies, technical, organizational, and business challenges: he has served as the President and CEO of Information Dynamics since 1996 managing our distributed work force of multi-disciplinary teams across multiple programs.
  • Deep and complete understanding of Enterprise Architecture and its value in helping Agencies meet their strategic goals: improved return on investment through reuse and cost avoidance for the FBI, USGEO, and NASA.
  • The skill to explain new concepts in the context of a given audience: presented EA briefings for audiences ranging from technical staff to executive management; regularly teaches EA courses and seminars at USDA Graduate School and is an invited speaker at national and international conferences.

Education: Federally Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA), MBA, BS (Computer Information Systems)


 

Sharon Stauffer

Executive Vice President

Ms. Stauffer is the majority owner and co-founder of Information Dynamics. As Executive Vice President, Ms. Stauffer oversees all corporate contractual matters, and as CFO manages all corporate financial matters including revenue management, budgeting, and cost management for all contracts. Some of her key strengths are:

  • Business analysis and the development of our corporate long-range business strategy.
  • Financial Management to promote investments in profit-focused business engagements.
  • Management of Administrative Operations, including the selection and implementation of internal business solutions to create operational efficiencies and improve Information Dynamics' cost competitiveness.
  • Ms. Stauffer is also an accomplished artist and exhibits her work at the Atelier in Miami.
