Senior Enterprise Architect

Key Role

Provide technical leadership to client delivery teams for the development of enterprise architectures within the federal market. Apply experience using EA principles to drive measurable results, including lowering cost and improving performance. Develop FEAF, DoDAF and other reference architectures as driven by client requirements. Define and deliver services and investments within the framework of a repeatable process. Integrate EA with portfolio planning, capital planning and investment control, and investment management. Working knowledge of OMB circulars and GAO maturity model. Ability to interpret the Clinger- Cohen Act (CCA) and other relevant key legislation. Draft updates to governance and EA policy. Develop relationships at senior executive level.

Qualifications

Functional/Industry Knowledge:

  • 10 years of experience managing highly-skilled, geographically-dispersed, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • 5+ years of experience with consulting in the federal environment
  • 3+ years of experience with FEAF or DoDAF methodology
  • 1+ years of experience with Popkin System Architect, Troux/Metis, or other major EA modeling or repository tool.
  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Education required

BA or BS degree in a related field required; MA or MS degree preferred

Certification required

Federal Enterprise Architecture Certification (FEAC)

Clearance

Preferred, but not required.
