Washington, D.C. -- Information Dynamics, a strategic planning consulting company, today congratulated two additional staff Enterprise Architects for achieving Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) Certification. The newly certified Enterprise Architects were inducted as Federal Enterprise Architecture Institute Fellows and earned the right to use the coveted "Certified Enterprise Architect" title.

Larry Helm and Duncan Niblett were notified of their FEA certification by the Executive Director of the FEAC Institute earlier today. They recently completed the graduate-level Federal Enterprise Architecture Certification Institute (FEACI) Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEAF) program. The FEAF program consists of the four core Enterprise Architecture courses: enterprise architecture concepts, enterprise architecture program planning, enterprise architecture program implementation, and enterprise architecture program integration. Each of these courses is eligible as four Masters Degree semester hours with participating, accredited universities. A fully developed Practicum project defended with formal oral and graphic presentation was also necessary for graduation.

At a recent EA presentation to the Planetary Data Systems conference in Washington, DC, Larry Helm stated, "Our customers want certified engineers to perform engineering work, and they want certified scientists to perform science work, and they want certified Enterprise Architects to perform enterprise architecture work. The FEA Certifications help ensure that EA strategy is professionally guided." Information Dynamics believes strongly that the FEA certification provides the credentials and value necessary to guide EA engagements. All the senior staff at Information Dynamics are FEA-certified Enterprise Architects.

The Federal Enterprise Architecture Certification Institute (FEACI) offers both the Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEAF) certification and Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF) certification in the emerging discipline of Enterprise Architecture.
