Bob Stauffer and Larry Helm have been invited by the event coordinators of the EA Conference Europe 2008 to share their experience on using EA in industry for strategic business alignment. Bob and Larry have shared their perspectives on this topic at other national EA conferences and demonstrate how to use EA for more than mere IT alignment. At this conference, they will share insights on evolving a successful IT portfolio management program to a true ENTERPRISE architecture program in support of missions. The European Enterprise Architecture Conference provides a forum for sharing broad, practical, and applied perspective on EA, since there is no 'one-size-fits-all' approach to EA.
