Presenting “How to Implement Capability Management: the Evolution of EA to Support Strategy” at IRMUK EA Conference 2011
Information Dynamics President Robert Stauffer and Managing Director Larry Helm presented a half-day seminar on Capability Management at the IRMUK EA Conference held in London England on June 8, 2011. This presentation addressed the executives need to understand and holistically manage capabilities on which their business depends. Capability Portfolio Management (CPM) as an organizational tool, rooted in EA methodology, aids the informed, accurate and timely opportunity-cost decisions necessary for a successful corporate strategy.
