Event Management
Conference, Seminar, Workshop, and Meeting Services
- Full range of pre-, during, and post- services for conferences, seminars, and workshops providing presentation and graphics support
- Pre-event: project management support, event design, site selection and planning, contract negotiation, IT services for audio/projection/network access/software/WebEx/VITS, agenda development, on-line event advertising and registration, logistics and travel planning, entertainment options, safety and security requirements, and invitation and registration coordination
- During event: facilitate meetings using real-time collaborative software so all participants can contribute whether on site or at a separate location, meeting outcomes and action plans available to all participants, team remains available during event to resolve problems
- Post-event: tear down meeting media, package technology for shipping, negotiate final event costs, help return site to pre-event configuration
